What is RESO?

RESO, the Real Estate Standards Organization, is the industry body behind the data standards most real estate technology now runs on, including the RESO Web API and Data Dictionary. Instead of every MLS, portal and CRM speaking its own format, RESO gives them a shared language for listing data: property details, media, status changes, and everything else that needs to move reliably between systems.

For brokers, that standardization is what makes automated syndication possible. A listing entered once can flow out to every platform it needs to reach, without anyone re-typing it into each one individually.

How our MLS feed portal works

We built and host a RESO-compliant feed portal for real estate brokers across multiple countries, from large franchises like Keller Williams, RE/MAX and Berkshire Hathaway, to independent brokers who aren't part of a bigger organization. Each broker's listings feed into the portal once. From there, we handle the feed, the mapping, the hosting, and the syndication out to the platforms that matter, including IMLS, Properstar, Realtor.com, and other MLS and listing-portal systems.

When a listing changes, whether that's a new price, a status update, or new photos, it updates everywhere automatically. No manual re-entry, no spreadsheets, and no listings quietly going stale on one platform while they're current on another.
